Chicago Lodge #437 of the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of the State of
Illinois has been promoting Masonry, or as it also known Freemasonry, in the
Chicago Area since 1865. While it started in Chicago, it now meets in an
adjoining suburb of Chicago. From there it spreads Masonic light throughout
the Chicago area, including nearby suburbs, such as Morton Grove, Niles,
Evanston, and Glenview.
Chicago Lodge #437 members and friends will have a Barbeque Extravaganza on Sunday
October 22 at Big Bricks - 3832 N. Lincoln Ave., in Chicago.
The buffet in a private room includes
smoked ribs, smoked beef brisket, pork sliders, mac n cheese, house salad with
dressing choices, house specialty pizzas, and all non-alcoholic beverages. There is
a cash bar for stronger beverages.
The cost is $30 per person (includes tax, tip and gratuity). $15 for children ages
6-14. Under 5 eat free.
RSVP WITH THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES AND PAYMENT BY OCTOBER 15
This type of event emphasizes the social side of Freemasonry in the Chicago area.
